RACK PROTECTIONS

REFLEX rack protections offer a complete range of impact-resistant solutions for the protection of industrial racks.

Our safety systems are designed and manufactured in Italy based on exclusive MPM patents and certified by TÜV SÜD, in compliance with EN 15512. They provide maximum impact resistance, ease of installation and ease of cleaning.

The rack upright protections have an innovative internal structure, the only one with three shock absorbers in anti-shock material that effectively absorb frontal and lateral impacts with moving vehicles.

The REFLEX material developed by MPM research is specifically designed to ensure high visibility in the working environment and high resistance to various types of impact.

Rack protections are easy to install and can be integrated into complex protection systems thanks to the support of the staff of the MPM technical department, who are ready to assist you in the various stages of your selection.

Rack Protections

Small upright protection. Unique rack protection: the profile is equipped with three internal shock absorbers made of soft anti-shock material that allows it to absorb impacts with moving vehicles. The design is compact, with no corners or protrusions, guaranteeing the perfect fit of the protection to the upright even after impact. No floor fixing: it doesn’t take up precious floorspace or hinder the handling of pallets. Quick and intuitive installation directly on the upright in two simple steps thanks to RP CLICKs. Standard heights available: 600 mm and 400 mm.

Rack Protections

Upright protection including screws and fixing plates. Flexible material that can be adapted to the width of the upright during installation, making it a versatile protection. No floor fixing.

RACK CORNER

Rack Protections

Protection for the external corners of racks. It complies with European standard EN 15512:2009. Compact and rounded external design to facilitate the sliding of moving loads outside the rack when impacted. The interior is equipped with a sturdy absorbing plate and three shock absorbers at the most critical points of impact. Fixing accessories included and totally hidden.

RP CLICK

Rack Protections

Tools used for the installation of rack protections directly on the upright. RP clicks allow for quick, intuitive installation in two simple steps. They guarantee significant savings in terms of time and cost of installation. Used with RPS, RPM, RPL and RPL XL products.

SM

Rack Protections

Double rail rack end barrier for light traffic areas used by hand trucks. Modules from 1100 mm adaptable up to a maximum length of 1500 mm for continuous units according to customer requirements. Fixing accessories included.

LM

Rack Protections

Double rail rack end barrier for heavy traffic areas. Highly flexible. Standard 1100 and 2400 mm modules. Other lengths for each module are available on request. Fixing accessories included.

LM ORANGE LINE

Rack Protections

Double and bicolor rail protection, perfect for racks in areas where heavy loads are handled. The protection is more visible thanks to the orange line. Highly flexible. Standard 1100 mm and 2400 mm modules are available also with continuous fixing. Other lengths for each module are available on request. Fixing accessories included.

FE 90

Rack Protections

Rack end barrier available for single and double racks. Rounded design with no edges or protrusions avoids the risk of knocking over loads on trucks and forklifts. Ideal for handling areas with light traffic. Fixing accessories included.

LINK is a protective barrier with a unique reinforcement and height adjustment. The height of the lowest reinforcement can be adjusted directly by the end user according to the most critical impact areas to be protected and the type of forklifts and trucks used. Available in two versions for single and double end of aisle racks. Rounded design with no edges or protrusions avoids the risk of knocking over loads on trucks and forklifts.
